i compressed my hard drive now my asus wont boot up i dont have a installation disc can it be fixed

You'll need to contact Asus with your systems S/N and order a replacement disk set.
The only rub here is if you have anything on the drive you want to save as the installer will wipe the drive. You may want to consider getting a replacement drive and an external case to house your old drive.
