My Charger starts and stops repeatedly

I got a mini pc that i had plugged in the charger before It Charge a Second And then stops for a Second That happen reapetedly :p

옵션

If you phone keeps showing the battery then going off again and repeats then you either have a very dead battery or need a new battery. If that doesn't work you'll look into a port replacement.
