center button
The center button does not work on my 3rd generation Nano. It seems to push in too far. I don't see a fix for that part yet

You have to replace the wheel assembly. My daughter's IPod had the same problem. I replaced the part and it is working fine.

Hello!
The 3rd Gen Nano was part of the generation where it seemed that Apple made it as difficult as possible to open and service. The click wheel assembly is attached with strong adhesive to the front panel. My thought is that the stock adhesive is not holding its "stick," and the assembly is being pushed in, rather than just the button.
Does this look like it might be the problem?

okay my middle button doesnt work, but the rest of the buttons do...any suggestions???
