iPhone 5s fast battery drain and overheating

Hello, my iphone is really fast draining it's almost 1% per 2 minutes it's very fast, I just do normal stuff(FB, Messenger, Snapchat, Instagram) do you think it's battery fault or the motherboard?

I believe there is a know problem with some iPhone 5s overheating the Apple store replace one of our phones under warranty with no questions asked.
