Pen E-P5 Firmware Update/Macintosh

I am trying to update the firmware on my Pen E-P5 camera.

I'm using a Macintosh with Mavericks and when I use the update program, it does not "see" my camera.

The camera can access my photo app without problem. Any suggestions?

Try using a different USB cable (a shorter cable) and try using the ports directly on your system Vs a hub. You may need to try a different USB port on your system as well (Don't use the keyboard ports if you have a wired keyboard).
