Can my lg phone motion be remotely recovered if it has crashed///

the phone abruptly powered off, now it will only flash the three bottom lights. ive tried a new battery a new charger (wall) ive tried taking out and putting in the battery and plugging in w/out the battery. the metro store where i purchased it said when briefly and i do mean briefly looking at it as they put new battery in that it must have virus you need a new one, funny this all happened on the same day i was told that metro wont be selling this phone any longer. and i just paid 50.00 to metro repair to replace the charging dock and 63.00 for my bill. WTF?????
