LCD not working after water demage

My friend damaged iPad with water and she had been using it for a few hours after, then iPad just shutted down and LCD not turned on again. When I looked inside there wasn't any water. I tried to connect battery and LCD to logic board and test points, seems circuit works perfectly except these points: TP365, TP91, TP332, TP92, TP328.

TP93, TP326, TP329, TP324, TP327 gives just about 0,3V

DO I need a new U8100 IC?
