Why is my Dyson DC14 Steel All Floors Red Vacuum not suctioning?
The vacuum is turned on and making noise, but no debris is being taken into the barrel.

It sounds like you have a clog. I would check the wand "barrel". I've found that my vacuum often loses suctioning power when it is clogged, or the filter needs to be replaced.
