1 I need the hose configuration for inside the unit.
I need a schematic of the interior hose configuration, i took it apart to clean & forgot how to put back can you help please?

I think I have a solution for you in the form of a Service Center Guide.
I'm in the same predicament! I took off hoses since all were clogged and now I cannot figure out how to put the hoses back together. Is there a schematic somewhere? Its a Bissell ProHeat and the tubing coming from the hose attachment within the case is what I cannot figure out how to reattach and where?

This may help you. There are schematics for hose configurations for several models which are very similar. They do not show the hose configurations for the clean shot nozzle but it is easy to decipher on your own Brain Power.

If you have a Service Center Guide for the Bissell 9500 ProHeat 2X Clean-Shot I would very much like a copy of it myself. I also have this machine and have it working again except after everything is closed back up. Somewhere inside something is binding (suspected) but I can not locate what it is. Any thoughs will also be well taken. Short of a laser leveling device casting a light on the area to get everything below a specific level I am out of ideas. These machines are JUNK was the conclusion I came up with after going inside.
Thanks Monty this is the same manual that I found once I sat down and actually started doing my homework, I have the machine back together and working something that the sweeper repair place couldn't do

Me too. I cleaned the interior hoses that were clogged and now I have one hose that I don’t know where it connects to!
Because i took it apart and it took awhile to get the part i need and im a little lost about it
