Why is my tablet not vibrating?
My device does not vibrate while being "ON".

After doing some research, I believe that I have found the answer to my own question.
You should start by checking the tablet's settings. If this does not work, you might have to check the internal wiring of the tablet or check for water damage.
Lastly, if none of the previous steps work, then you probably have a problem with the tablet's vibration switch. To remove the vibration switch click on the Vibration Switch Removal Guide and follow the steps.
