Why is my device not turning on?
After a firm press of the power button, the device does not turn on. The screen stays black and nothing happens.

The first thing you need to check is the power of the battery. A dead battery will prevent the device from turning on. Also, the battery may need to be replaced because it is no longer able to charge. The LCD display may be broken or the back-light may not be functioning and this will hinder the device from turning on. Please see the troubleshooting page for more information.

Your phone may be bricked, try removing batt and plug usb in the phone, and while pressing "up volume button"plug the other end of usb cable to PC - if You see firmware upgrade dialog then ... search the web :-)
