Is there possible replacing the back camera lens
So my back camera lens has lot scratch on it because i was tried to cleaned it with tissue, is it can be replaced with new camera lens?

If it is too scratched that it actually ruins the pictures that you take, then it needs replacing. However, if you can see few tiny scratches and if it does not affect the quality of the pictures that you take then it is not worth replacing. Also, just make sure to clean the camera with the special glass cleaner wipe like the ones that come with sunglasses, because if you use rough napkins to clean the camera it might scratch it.

I suggest buying a small thing of Kimtech delicate task wipers, and using windex as well next time.
However if it is effecting picture quality I would suggest replacing the entire assembly, it will be quicker, cleaner, and less headache. Honestly not sure you can buy just the glass.
