Refrigerator not cooling/freezing since a 4 hr power outage?

Amana refrigerator 4 years old. Power outage for 4 hours. Power but not cooling or freezing. Per Ga power I tripped the breaker off then on. Nothing. They said they'd research it. What do you think it could be?
