Why is my vacuum so hard to push?
Even on a hardwood floor my vacuum is really hard to push.

Because your vacuum is not able to be pushed, the brush roll and belt need to be evaluated. For this, first remove the brush roll and ensure it is intact and not attached to the main vacuum with fibers. Next examine the belt for tears and jams.

Is there a arm on this Vacuum cleaner that prevents it from moving properly?
Tried with above Tech support. No improvement. Still very hard to push or pull. Without cover it was very easy to use. Very new Vacuum? I'll try to return to Walmart. Will not get another!
