Broken sim tray Rev number!

I all have a s4 with bad sim tray I replaced the sim tray with another from a junk s4 with bad screen it works with SIM card in that but when installed in the other good s4 just get emergency calls only..

Is this something to do with the Rev number?

One is 0.7 other is Rev 0.3
