No longer boots properly after plugging in wrong voltage?

I have a Ubiquiti Unifi AP UAP-US. Plugged wrong voltage 48 volts into 24 volt power unifi ap.

AP still lights up but keeps blinking orange.

Is there a voltage regulator or chip that I can replace to get this working again?

If so where can I order the part?

Most likely, but there is no way to answer "voltage regulator or chip that I can replace to get this working again?" this. you will have take a look at the circuit board to make any determination of what might need to be replaced.
