iPhone 5C earpiece issue.

I have an iPhone 5c that has randomly decided that the top earpiece is't going to work.

During calls, sound is extremely quiet / muffled . If I change to speakerphone the person on the other end of the phone cannot hear me but I can then hear them.

I have tried to change the camera/mic flex but that hasn't worked.

Anyone who's had a similar issue or knows of any fixes please let me know.

Well the problem with the speaker would be the ear speaker so you would need a new1

And yes the flex deals with the mic on speakerphone but I would replace with another one from a different vendor just incase you got a faulty part
