Their is no power and their is no voltage in charging i.c?

do you have diagram of my tablet so that i trace all the circuit of my tablet. as of now the problem of my tablet is their is no power and i try to fix my tablet but when i diagnose the motherboard i found out that their is no voltage in charging ic it might be have problem in charging i.c but before look for the i.c i need to double check some parts maybe their problem going to charging i.c that's why i need the diagram if you can provide me the diagram i want maybe i can solve my problem.
