Kindle Fire Screen Vibrating/Rolling Fix?

The screen jumps, rolls, shakes, vibrates to the point I cannot read or touch any stable part. It was a gift so I have no receipt. I did NOT drop or damage it - it seemed to start when the battery was getting low, but now it is constant and the Kindle is unusable. What can I do to get it repaired??
