Keyboard Flex Cable Repair

Damaged my flex cable during a repair, trying to find out the part number and hoping it is fixable. Right now not all the keys are working and I am hoping someone can tell me how to fix this part also is there a way to turn on my mac without the power button, I'm planning to use an external keyboard until I can fix it
