Why is the caps lock blinking when holding power button?

I spilled water on my 2011 macbook air and did theusuel. Turned it off unplugged the power and I even took the battary out and let it air dry for a week. Last night I went and tryed to turn it on and I got into recover and started a fresh install and it went to reboot but now when I gold the power to boot it up the caps lock light is blinking and not a thing happens. Any help would be appreciated.
