Why is my screen dark even when it's on?
The screen is dark, but faintly visible. I know my camera is on, but the screen is so dark that the images are hard to see. What should I do?

The most likely reason for your problem is that condensation has built up in the camera. Try turning off your camera and waiting a bit. The camera should get used to the temperature of your location and dry. Then turn the camera back on. If that doesn't solve the problem, please see the troubleshooting page.
