How do I charge my Nexus 7 keyboard

I have tried charging my removable keyboard by plugging into a USB port on alternate computers, but I continue get the message that the device isn't recognized. How and where can I get it recharged?

Just leave it plugged in. If the battery is still good and the charging circuit of the keyboard is intact it will charge. If not you have a charging circuit issue or perphaps a bad USB cable.
