Why most of the screen is displayed in red,yellow and blue only?

Suddenly, the most of the screen started to display in 3 colors: red, yellow and blue. Also, note that I haven't dropped it recently and I have been using the device for a little more than one year.

What could be the cause of this and can I fix it?
