Why won't my BRCK v1 connect to the internet?
I am having issues with my device connecting to the internet and I can't figure out how to fix this issue.

If you are having an issue with your device connecting to the internet, then one of two things need to happen. You may need to replace a faulty antenna, which will by noticeably out of service with a significant crack, bend, or snap. If this is not the case, then there is most likely an issue with the modem or the modem SIM card, in which these items will need to be replaced. Refer to our guides on how to replace these items.
