LCD backlight very faint when using iPhone

Hello.

When I received my new screen replacement, I went to replace the old screen with the new one\. However, the LCD shows a very faint display, and it looks like the display is off. I can barely see it in lighted area, and I have tried to turn my brightness up, but it's still the same. Does the problem involve with the LCD or with my iPhone?

Middle: Display off

Bottom: Display on, can be barely seen in regular light
