Why does my LCD have marks?

Hey,so I've been repairing a few phones by taking the LCDs I had laying around and glueing them with LOCA to new glass.It seems like when I put the LOCA in a Y shape and press the screen down,the glue runs through the top and bottom corners into the LCD.How can I prevent this from happening? and is there a way to save this one?
