When the hinge detached from the computer lid, the display cable was compromised... I've purchased a new display cable.
The installation process looks pretty easy as far as the lid is concerned, but it looks pretty complicated as far as the body of the computer is concerned.
I would appreciate any guidance, short-cut advice, etc.

Pages 69-74 of the Maintenance and Service Guide provides instructions on how to detach the display cable from the systemboard and disassemble the display assembly as well.
