Dish satellite receiver error message

Cable error on DishNetwork. All my cables r attached √ & dble√.

I keep getting error message that my cables r not connected. Dish wants a pretty penny to come check. Any other suggestions. Have replaced splitter & changed to all new cables. Even checked connection to satellite dish.
