screen shattered, blank screen and charging noise

After my iPhone tumbling down a flight of stairs, my screen is completely shattered on the top carrying little cracks toward the bottom. When this happened, I hard reset the phone since the screen colors were messed up.

The next day I tried charging my phone and it vibrated once enough battery was charged. Now every time I plug it in to any charger, it just makes the ding noise multiple times after it is plugged in.

(My battery was close to being dead when it fell down the stairs)
