To much fuel, flooding out. Carb was removed and cleaned

Before flooding condition. Engine would only idle when giving gas would stall. Removed carb and cleaned reinstalled carb now engine runs will Rev up but keeps flooding out, getting to much fuel now. Would like to see a diagram of carb. Apart

You have a bad needle & seat (let's gas in stops gas) or a bad diaphragm get a rebuild kit for it and you should be good to go
