Like title says, everything is working perfectly except the camera now. Thinking it might be the cable isn't seated properly, but I don't want to open it up if there may be something else going on. Any other ideas?

Start right where you think you should. The Flex is probably not seated correctly.

Assuming you're taking about the front camera, then you are going to have to open it up. You may just need to reseat it properly, or it's possible some damage was done to it during the repair process.
