I bought this tab online, tried downloading apps,I can't, gets error code, find out browser is out of date tried to update to chrome, but it won't let me, i t looks like Android system, but tried to update drive and found out it is running Mac Xos, when I thought it was running windows .I don't want Mac, can mac be uninstalled and windows added. It won't even let me update browser, im lost

I would advice u format the tab i.e reload the ios , You can check the tab manufacturer website to see if it can be done.

April Deforge, your W500 should be running Windows, definitely not Mac Xos. The best way of restoring it would be to Boot from recovery discs: Press the power button, Windows key and volume up key simultaneously. Use this if you need to restore your operating system to factory defaults from the supplied recovery discs. The problem you might run into is to get the recovery disks. I'd check with Acer online support to see if you can get it somewhere.

Thank you for answering, lol, here's a new one, I deleted all the cookies, cache and history in the outdated browser and hot force stop as well, now I can't even load Acer support...with did I do now
