Washer doesn't drain completely
My washer doesn't drain completely. I anticipate that the drainage system may be clogged with a sock or something. How do I get to the item to remove it?

remove the water pump. Here is the guide for it. Check to make sure there is no obstruction. Usually, if it is clogged, it won't drain at all, but check it and see what you find.
