No Ringtone when receiving incoming call

Keep missing incoming calls. Phone does not ring. Have checked volume, it is set at 7. Set phone to ring and vibrate. Vibrate OK but no ring. What to do?

When you play media on the loudspeaker is there sound? If not then you probably have a bad speaker (although could be a bad audio chip)
