Right bumper stuck and wont even move.

No matter what I do, I can't seem to fix that. The right bumper is literraly stuck, I can't move it. It's in a pressed down-ish position, like when you press the bumper that's not stuck. I've never had a problem with the controller untill now, and I really don't know what caused it. Any help is appreciated.
