knindle not turning on

my kindle does not turn on even when charger is plugged in , tried the the 40 second hold on button to reboot , still nothing happens , also tried laptop port charger to try and charge to see if anything happens still nothing , also tried to clean out ports just incase there dust in there , still nothing ,
