my ipod shuffle wont charge the light keeps flashing and it keeps saying its not being reconised could anyone tell me whats wrong with it i only got it last year

1. Connect your ipod shuffle to ur computer
2. open itunes
3. eject ur ipod from itunes by clicking on d eject button which appears next to ur ipod name in d itunes
4. ur ipod's amber light will go steady.
5. n given d time it will turn green..

Not sure what d itunes is.
It is now apple music and you cannot eject from there if you are on Catalina.
