after screen replacemt the ipad is stucks in loop boot

when I try to restore my ipad on iTunes its give me error 9

I would personnally try using a custom IPSW to restore the iPad to it's normal state, use iTunes or RedSn0w or other Jailbreak tools in order to force restore the iPad to a functionning state.
If it doesn't work, check the dock connector and your USB cable and make sure everything is working properly.
Although the force restore should fix your issue.

thanks for your replay when i try to restore i cant. when the apple logo is arrived the ipad restarts too i tried ituhes restore and custom ipsw restore i attached the video to see the problem the video in the first topic
I have the same problem. I try to link to itune to restore it, but it still doesn't work at all.
Anyone knows how to solve this problem? Please help me.
