The most likely cause of this is a bad HDMI port. This is a super common problem with these.
You can take a look into the port on the back of the console...most of the time you will be able to see bent pins or pins that have been pushed out the backside of the HDMI port.
The only way to fix it is to get it replaced.

Ok my pins are perfect but still no output changed tv and still no picture. My blue light turns white I tryed safe mode doesn't work

It just needs the HDMI port (or possibly the HDMI ic chip) replaced. My business does this for $89.99. You decide whether you'd rather spend $90 or $350
