Where can I find a replacment slide adjustment piece

I've looked all over for a replacement slide adjuster, mine broke in half so I had to use electrical tape just to keep the cord safe from damage.

You could try eBay but you will have to look for broken for parts headsets but there are some great fixes for. These sliders
