My samsung galaxy s4 is not storing charge in battery. I tired changing both charger and battery but problem remains same. I have original acessories that i got with phone. How can it be fixed? As a techenician what should i do first?

Check for water damage, I remember having an S3 that shower the charging symbol but refused to go up, tried different chargers and new battery etc.
I then opened the device, to find the tiniest bit of corrosion on the back of the charging port, as soon as I cleaned that up, and cleaned the board to make sure, it was working fine again. :-)
