1 Paper jam error code
My printer shows that I have a paper jam. All paper has been removed, but I am still getting the error code. I cannot print, scan, or copy. I have the HP Officejet Pro 8500.

if the printer show paper jam still after troubleshooting all the steps like swtiching it off n on ,next removing the paper from the back tray, then checking for the paper pieces inside the printer,,,, if these solutions dint solve your issue then try uninstalling the software and then again reinstalling it. It is the best solution!”

Hi I have an Officejet 5740 with the same problem. Is there anywhere that has a breakdown for it & how would I reinstall the software? Cheers guys
