iPhone wont turn on after screen replacement

I have an iPhone 5 that wasn't in use for a few times thanks to the battery being drained in about 30 minutes after a 100% charge and a broken screen. So here is the problem, I replaced the battery and put it to charge so it started making a charging noise all the time. After reading the forum I discovered it was a screen problem. After replacing the screen the iPhone wont give any signal of life (before changing the sceen it conected to iTunes). The battery won't even heat a little bit. Any guesses on what is the problem? Already reassembled everything a few times and tried soft and hard reset.

Update (10/28/2015)

Can anyone tell me if I burned the logic board or only burned the battery?

While the phone was connected to the charger I removed the battery, after this it wouldnt even connect to iTunes.

so you have a new battery and a new screen on the phone. i am not sure where do you get the battery from and how much you paid for it. if you have got them from eBay or amazon they are most likely crap. assuming you haven't damaged your logic board, try this

take out the battery connector from the phone and plug the phone to the power source with lcd screen connected to the logic board, press the power button and see if the phone can start.

let us know what happens.

did you connect to phone to the charger while taking the battery out?

Tried it and nothing happened. Bought it from eBay and it was cheap. What bothers me is that the battery at least heated without the new screen. Now it does nothing.

I actually though that the iPhone wouldn't even boot without the battery attached. Not native english speaker, sorry!
