Why my laptop doesn't start without direct power supply?

My laptop has a unique problem that it wont start without removing battery and then we have to provide the direct supply of power to start it ...Plz help me with the same.

Why don’t you try keeping the battery in the system but keep the ac adapter in and if it doesn’t work try buying a new battery. Please email for more question or for more help:

The lithium battery has flat lined and looks like it’s running direct off the energy grid of your home, I would be willing to say you could pick up a battery from this site. Good luck ciao
