After replacing Digitizer no calls, ERROR 9993?

I replaced my LG G2 (Verizon VS980) Digitizer and now cannot send or receive calls. Can recieve and send texts. wasn't reading Sim card at one point, but now does. Airplane mode not an issue. I tried to call VM and cannot leave a message.

Verizon tells me I need to get a new phone....

I was able to send a call and recieve a call once the day i switched back to the LG G2 from my old phone. ten minutes later...no more calls.

Please help. Thanks in advance

You may want to check your antenna wires there are 2 in this phone and if you get the end mixed up it wont work. First check to see you have them plugged in and next make sure there plugged into the proper spots
