Why isn’t my Kurio charging?
Why is my Kurio Xtreme not charging? I plug it in to the cord which is plugged into the wall, and it still does not charge.

The problem could be with the charging cable, the charging port, or the battery. Try using the charging cable on other devices to see if it charges them.
The problem could also be that the charging port is loose or broken, which means that you will need to replace it.
If the issue is simply that the battery level indicator is malfunctioning, resetting it may solve the problem. To do this, plug the Kurio into a power adapter, press and hold the power button until the Kurio turns off, continue to hold the power button until the battery icon shows up again, release the POWER button, and press again the POWER button again to turn the Kurio back on.

Hi... my kurio 7 stop to working..it isn't charging.. i bought it a few months ago.. its new and doesnt work.. i would like to know how i can replace it? Thank you
