Dead (Device stopped working) after updating the firmware

I followed the steps for firmware update of my Lenovo IdeaTab A1000 .. updated the system, restarted.. but the system become DEAD. After restarting nothing is working except the home screen lock. Unlocking the home screen it is showing continuous message (coming one after another after pressing OK) that "Unfortunately google has stopped working" etc. etc. Everything stopped working. I tried to restore the factory setup but failed. Please help. Thanks in advance.
