The Beiens Cartoon RC Race Car is a toy made in China designed for kids 18 months and older. It comes with a removable race car driver figure and a remote controller. The race car requires 3 AA batteries, and the remote requires 2 AA batteries. The batteries are not included in the toy.

Why is car not responding to the controller?

I keep pressing the forward button, and the car is not moving.

If the controller is on but car is not responding either there the car's antenna is not extended to the full length for the connection to work

Batteries in car are not properly plug in or dead

So my cars are playing music and I just replaced the batteries, so I know it's not a battery problem.

The antenna doesn't appear retractable. So, what do you mean "extended to the full length"?
