Why is my phone not booting on

i charged my phone with a charger and since then the phone refuses to sweach on but displayes the red notification light ones in a while when i connect a charger to it...... Af tried many methods to make it sweach on like puting it in a fridge, holdind the power and volume down key also even up kay and others but to no avail........ I noticed that if i conect a charger to it without a battery in it the minimize, serch, and other softtouch keys blinks but fades at ones ..........i do not know what to do and i will be grateful for your help.
